After that is another of her songs, Rushing River, nice song! She is a great singer-songwriter

Dan Gellerlt: Glendy Burke and Diamond Joe, (Civil war songs)
Playing a fretless banjo:

On Diamond Joe, he is playing an unusual banjo, like the 5 string with the short string but the main set of strings has only 3 strings instead of the usual 4.

Valentina Lisitsa plays Lizst Rondo Fantastique El Contrabandista on an old piano at a train station waiting for her train! Charming to say the least!

Bad link, this the right one:

Another street performance by this amazing lady:

Beethovan' Appassionata

EGADS. Lisista quits playing piano:

Another brilliant pianist: Khatia Buniatishvili

Israeli Philharmonic, Zubin Meyha conducing Beethovan's 1st piano concerto, C major OP 15, about 34 minutes long

She gives me goosebumps, so beautiful.

TV on, Bose headphones plugged in on the extra-length cord and I'm halfway through Celebration Day: Led Zeppelin at the O2.

Consistently pleasantly surprised at how they turned up, including Plant who seemed to find his mojo about a third of the way through and was suddenly the older but very authentic guy from this amazing 1970s supergroup.

Most recently "In Movement" by Jack DeJohnette with Ravi Coltrane and Matthew Garrison. It ties to the great Coltrane bands in that Jack played with Trane, Garrison is Trane bassist Jimmy Garrison's son, and of course Ravi is Trane's son. Excellent listen.
