Undo by Bjork

In anticipation of her new album, I've been busting out her old greats. Bjork has stated in the past that the mood of each of her albums is represented in the covers of all her albums. The new album cover is very playful, bursting with reds and yellows with Bjork wearing a strange duck-like costume. Can't wait. 😀

The sounds of my neighbour chain-sawing his cedars into sawdust 🙄

And cats chasing birds across the deck above me.... 😕 The deafened birds can't hear the cats' bells.

Its alright
There comes a time
Got no patience to search
For peace of mind
Layin low
Want to take it slow
No more hiding or
Disguising truths Ive sold

Everyday its something
Hits me all so cold
Find me sittin by myself
No excuses, then I know

Its okay
Had a bad day
Hands are bruised from
Breaking rocks all day
Drained and blue
I bleed for you
You think its funny, well
Youre drowning in it too

Everyday its something
Hits me all so cold
Find me sittin by myself
No excuses, then I know

Yeah, its fine
Well walk down the line
Leave our rain, a cold
Trade for warm sunshine
You my friend
I will defend
And if we change, well i
Love you anyway

Everyday its something
Hits me all so cold
Find me sittin by myself
No excuses, then I know

The New Arctic Monkeys album. Artwork OK. On first listening sounds OK. They don't seem to have greatly expanded their musical vocabulary, but if it's one tenth as good as their first I will be a happy camper. Lyrics sound razor sharp again - the bits I could make out on first listen.
