Wednesday S2 E3 -- really enjoying it for so many reasons.

When I was young I watched "The House at Eaton Place" in German TV.
Now I watch with my wife again. The series turned out to be much more critical of the social circumstnaces at the beginning of the 20th centry than I remembered. Also it is making quite a point with the raging sexism of the time.
The original title of the series is "Upstairs, downstairs"

Nothing wrong with "the true, the good, and the beautiful".

(hoping I wrote those in the right order -- or maybe "the good" should come first -- which way did the Cantabridgians arrange those a century ago?)
