Meanest prank you ever pulled?

A few years ago I helped out on this low to no budget horror movie, we made a whole lot of severed limbs and things and were allowed to keep a prop each.
I got one of the arms we cast in silicone. After painting it up and inserting bits of "bone" (from one of many plastic natomies) it looked and felt pretty real.
So I take it home, put it on a plate and stuff it in the refrigerator.
It was in there the whole day, my sister's boyfriend saw it first time round. I've never seen a grown man jump backwards so quickly in my life.
My sister on the other hand failed to notice it all day, so while making dinner I pretended to be busy chopping veg and asked her to get me something from that shelf, she dug around for almost a minute before her hand closed on ... well, a hand. Her shrieks and sprint from the house bring me to giggles to this day.

I keep hiding and jumping out on my boyfriend to scare him. He scares so easily it gives me no end of fun! Even if he knows I'm about to he still jumps, and when he isn't expecting it it's hilarious to me. Bad girlfriend!!

Lucky thing he was smashed or you could have faced a few nasty charges there.

Why? What made you throw up?

True, however tying him up in that way could still be construed as kidnapping. Not to mention the nature in which you constrained him, smacks a bit of intent to cause grievous bodily harm / murder / kidnapping. A lawyer could trump what ever minimal grounded charges he had.
Like I said: good thing he was smashed.

When I was about 8, I convinced my brother that we were special kids that had super-powers; his was the ability to fly. He clambered up the to top of the climbing frame in our back garden and jumped off. He ended up with a broken arm, 4 fractured ribs, a dislocated shoulder, a twisted ankle, a hair-line skull fracture and about 14 stitches. He looks back on the incident and laughs, but my parents still haven't forgiven me for it.

I've got a 5-year-old and a one-year-old; I'll be watching the eldest very carefully.

The only "prank" I can think of was chasing another kid around school with a collaborator, putting him in front of a pillar and pulling on his arms and legs in a sort of reverse crucifixion, because I thought it was funny and it didn't occur to me, despite his cries, he might get hurt. My friend stopped me before any serious damage occurred.
