The endpin went all through my neck, so I am going to die. :'( Nice golden cello, though.
But then you'll be undead and move in next door to RookRAK.

One does not stick one's cello under one's chin to play it, I mean.
Apparently you never watched "Blazing saddles". The mental picture alone should have been worth ten rec's in my opinion. I mean how else was she going to compete with fire coming from the devils finger tips. Had to think of something. I mean Jimi Hendrix's plucked the guitar with his teeth. Can I say plucked?๐Ÿ™‚

It is worth you seeing Nordlys. It's a funny one. The scene I am talking about is some gun fighter tells a cello player to stop showing off and to stick that fiddle under his chin where it belongs. All at the point of a gun. It is funnier when you see it than me trying to explain it. Good comedy.

Don't be Jealous? Most comedy is. That is why it is called comedy and not Calculus. But if you do the math right. One on one, it probably brings in greater earnings.

There are some blues and jazz musicians who deserve note. James Blood Ulmer is a very creative guitarist. John Mclaughlin and Larry Coryell are others. But all of them are over 50.

I've heard that Jack White is supposed to be among the leading new guitarists. Perhaps, but that only speaks to the ineptness of rock guitarists today.

I think that the next Jimi will come from the blues. Stevie Ray was comparable to Jimi and that's where he came from.

jimi came from the blues! most of the famous guitarists pre-1980's did. page, clapton, knoplfler etc.

i don't really like jack white-not my thing. sean watkins, of nickle creek, is a nifty guitar player of todays generation though. plays accoustic guitar in a 3-peice, along side a fiddle and a -erm- banjo...
