It's not a matter of places, (and those places you mention really do suck because they don't interest me at all), it's a matter of inclination and being bothered enough, I'm not going to go out of my way to chat up girls because I don't want to; but I don't see why I can't do some limited amounts here (I'm certainly not going out of my way, and it does interest me), really, I don't see why not at all.
