Much as I like dates, Arby, I prefer cranberries with my Easter turkey dinner 😀 We'll have friends to help us eat the big bird, of course...

My partner makes Essensia-poached, peeled pears, dips them in dark chocolate, gives them chocolate ears and whiskers and serves them on a bed of Essensia-infused whipped cream.

They look like little 😀 bunnies, of course. Essensia is made from Orange Muscat grapes:
