@karoly-aczel saidIndeed sir. As I recall that 'other guy' was a friend of yours.
I told you about 6months ago that I met the girl of my dreams but she was with another guy. I said I would conjure her into my life. # months ago she broke up with that guy, and 2 weeks ago we started talking and getting to know each other.
Now if you can remember some little inane post from 6months ago then surely you can remember that.
I told you I would get tha ...[text shortened]... o you.
So, with that firmly in mind, feel free to do what you want but cross me at your own peril
@ghost-of-a-duke saidDoes he have reaching for an ampule yet? 😉

@ghost-of-a-duke saidFine so long as you don't have any serious medical conditions. Enjoy your health while your can, eventually and unfortunately that day comes for everyone.
😆
I have an efficient regime in place these days to minimize stress and maintain a good mental health. (Thankfully this doesn't include medication, which should always be a last resort for anybody, though undoubtedly for some is a lifesaver).
@very-rusty saidTrue old chap, though I was speaking specifically about medication to manage stress/anxiety.

@badradger saidFor a while I managed my insomnia with tablets, but they had a similar 'foggy' side effect the following day. Not nice.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidWhen I have trouble falling asleep, I wash down a single 5mg tablet of melatonin with a small beaker of warm chamomile tea.

The all-natural remedy allows me to wake with clarity and full refreshment.
@badradger saidIf you drink quite a bit, it can deplete your body's stores of b vitamins, which can cause anxiety and stress. Get a vitamin b supplement or just eat some marmite toast.
and is there something better?
@the-gravedigger saidNot wanting to sound like your mum, but don't do that.
I buy it on the black market as it helps with hangovers.
