Anxiety attacks can be very debilitating, however, speaking as a lay person who has suffered from "anxiety" I can tell you from experience that the longer-term solution is cognitive therapy as the hormones are driven by thoughts. You've probably gone through long periods of constant stress.
    same ...

    There is a simple way.

    Dont worry

So much for your Buddhism, beer and weed.
    You know nothing about Buddhism.

Also I'm not a Buddhist, I do like the flavor however.

Look up "aghori" and it might be a label that is more applicable to me than most

And anyways you should know that spanky had it coming and will keep coming until he pulls his head in.
Treat others however you want, but treat me with disdain and see what happens.

Try and keep yourself stress free. I don't know if these forums are helping your issues any to be honest with you.

I've read recently that a little stress is good. We need it.
Panic attacks are pretty random aren't they?

I've had 4 in my entire life
weirdest one was on a plane
(I used to fly about 10 times a year so not an unusual experience
but one I found mildly uncomfortable being a little claustrophobic)

Suddenly found myself drenched in sweat, heart thumping, nausea,
dizziness. Must of looked dreadful because hostess asked if I was OK.

Got to the toilet washed face, dried myself and calmed down.
I've no idea why it happened on that flight and not any other.

Just suffering from regular incidents like that must be stressful itself.
    Sufferers have my sympathy.

That may actually be true that a little stress can be good for you. Stress is a weird animal though, you can be under stress and not even realize that you are.

Perhaps your panic attack was caused by stress and actually had nothing to do with flying?

Go no see where it gets you ....

I do truly pity you and would like to help you out of your rut.
Your inability to see the truth, the abil;ity to create our own realities.

I told you about 6months ago that I met the girl of my dreams but she was with another guy. I said I would conjure her into my life. # months ago she broke up with that guy, and 2 weeks ago we started talking and getting to know each other.

Now if you can remember some little inane post from 6months ago then surely you can remember that.

I told you I would get that girl and I did.

And I did it by NOT listening to you.

So, with that firmly in mind, feel free to do what you want but cross me at your own peril
