These aren't monkeys, but these extensions are a must in my opinion: Adblock Plus, Linkification (transforms URLs into clickable links), and Image Zoom (lets you zoom in and out or adjust the image size to the screen). Many people are also very excited about Hyperwords, which I have, but don't use much. There are lots more, but these are the ones I use most / find most important.

Isn't Adblock Plus redundant with NoScript? I just have:

NoScript
Greasemonkey
Linkification
Download Statusbar
Gspace

You have a search engine in the add-on page (after clicking "get extensions" ). Just type what you want there.
