Close, I'm 5'3", yes, blonde, no, I hover within 5 lbs. of 120 (muscle weighs more than fat, unfortunately), and no, I am now 43. BMI of 21.3.

As to my language, you should hear the younger ladies where I work. You're living in the past, old man.
Yes, that is what they claim that muscle does weight more than fat.

I may be older than you. That doesn't explain your language, look at the other ladies on here don't use language like you do ALL the time. Does that mean they are old too?

@Very-Rusty

If you guys can do that many push-ups then you shouldn't have a problem doing pull-ups... at least a few
I haven't done those since before 2011 when I tore a bicep tendon. I think the push ups are good enough pull-ups are more for younger men as a rule, although some older guys can do them too. At 40 your still young I could be your father! 😉

I could always manage 10, but never enjoyed the exercise (same goes for climbing rope).

10 isn't bad actually... some can't even get to 1!!!

If you did them daily you would work up to 20 or more......my old trainer was 6'1" and 210 and could do 25 pull ups in 35 seconds!!! Not bad for a bigger man.

You have the wrong end of the stick, as usual.

Unlike you, I do not judge the women here based on language.

YOU are the one living in the past. You haven't heard the younger generation much, obviously.

I guarantee, the very last thing I need to worry myself about is offending some man. Seriously.

You haven't a clue about muscle groups then.
I'm not talking about muscle groups ass.
I'm talking about their discipline.
If they can work up to that many push-ups then they can do pull-ups too.
They are avoiding the harder exercises.

In a perfect world Suzie Q you wouldn't want to offend anyone, man or woman!

I was just explaining to you why I thought you were a man, was from the way you spoke using language men would normally use.

Never mind about living in the past and old, sometimes you are just plain RUDE!!!
Perhaps your whole generation is RUDE, I don't hang with the 40 crowd so you are correct I wouldn't know how they talk. I know we use to be polite to elders, but that went out the window.

The youth today make me look respectable and a pillar of the community.

My exercise now consists of walking rounds of golf, walking the dogs and lawn mowing (push mower)...oh and...never mind.

Planking sucks.

Someone might get use out of it, it bores me to tears.

Exercise is activity. I always thought the planking fad was stupid as hell.

I train for muscle mass and agility. It's hard to get a good balance of both.
Planks give you a great core which you need in martial arts!

Sure they are very hard at first but become easier as you do them routinely.

I get my core elsewhere, usually while performing other sets.

Planking is amateurish and boring.

Didn't say I couldn't do them. I simply find them useless.

...said the leftist who tries to tell traditional people to accept all depravity in the perverted youth of today. 🙄
