I have a camera hanging on my screen here and I can turn it on and see myself on the screen. A head phone a mic goes with it. So how do you use the damn thing to hook up with someone? Its terrible to be this dumb.

too bad I got the 3 red lights of death... no point in sending it in until they actually fix the problem instead of just sending me another hardware failure waiting to happen.

Besides, with the three year warranty, the worst that can happen is you just need to send it in again. If it's currently not working anyway, what's the difference between sitting at home not working and in the mail?
