My tendency towards any rudeness is to back off for awhile. Words DO hurt, and crude language is offensive to me. I just consider the source and wait awhile.

My dear friend, I certainly hope there hasn't been any rudeness toward you in this thread?

When one's contribution is rubbished and diminished
then one is not likely to post there anymore. A club
of so called friends is meant to be just that. But if
off the cuff remarks are made which can be taken
the wrong way well the ade towards me by a certain individual.

That's why my presence there is now a rare event.
Johnny, the treatment you describe will not occur toward any member of our new club. Count on it. Bob

Good grief, NO! Just talking about past things to assure Michael that these things happen but can be dealt with.

I think that is the best approach. I'm not sure how the RHP moderators handle club forums, but I support the application of the RHP terms of service by the forum's administrator or whatever title applies to GB if this forum gets going.

"Admin" appears immediately to the right of the first nickname (founder) listed in the Club Member Listings. The RHP FAQ (frequently asked questions) left side menu contains "Forum Guidelines" which would generally apply to ours...

Again, thanks for your genuine interest and significant questions. Bob

Like my favorite commercial says "Just do it". It will be "your" club, so you can run it as you see fit. I'm sure the RHP administration would not have a problem with that. I'll join 😉

You were not subject to any abuse whatsoever and your continued accusations of it and complaints about the club leader (which are now spilling over into the public forums) are now boarding on blatant troublemaking. I notice that your deep offence has not caused you to cancel your membership of the club.

"Camelot Oasis in Space" (RHP Private Club Theme Song)

ARTHUR:
"It's true! It's true! The crown has made it clear.
The climate must be perfect all the year.

A law was made a distant moon ago here:
July and August cannot be too hot.
And there's a legal limit to the snow here
In Camelot.

The winter is forbidden till December
And exits March the second on the dot.
By order, summer lingers through September
In Camelot.
Camelot! Camelot!
I know it sounds a bit bizarre,
But in Camelot, Camelot
That's how conditions are.

The rain may never fall till after sundown.
By eight, the morning fog must disappear.
In short, there's simply not
A more congenial spot
For happily-ever-aftering than here
In Camelot.

Camelot! Camelot!
I know it gives a person pause,
But in Camelot, Camelot
Those are the legal laws.

The snow may never slush upon the hillside.
By nine p.m. the moonlight must appear.
In short, there's simply not
A more congenial spot
For happily-ever-aftering than here
In Camelot."

(Camelot by Richard Burton)

Notice: Johnny may feel the need to expand our theme song.
