Unlike most RHP Private Clubs, the purpose of ours will be to provide a quality forum experience. Primary appeal of many other clubs is the emphasis on tournaments and the ranking of member chess ratings. Games between our members will be optional. It's quite possible new chess opponent friendships will be cultivated between previous strangers. -Bob

I merely pointed out that the club leader said
that the person who I believe offended me
has nothing to apologize for. That is all.
I am not complaining about the club or its leader.
It's a good club with a good leader and also is
populated by very good people. Some of whom
are posting here in this forum.

I avoid trouble, which is why I am rarely there now.
As for cancelling membership, I will leave it up to Kewpie
if she wants rid of me. It is her right and prerogative to
delete me or block me or whatever action she chooses
to exercise.
I have done nothing wrong. I will gladly return and make
interesting posts on various subjects. One subject at the
moment is very contentious right now here in Ireland.
Abortion.
Tomorrow there is a vote on abortion in our parliament.
It is a bill which allows for abortion in certain limited circumstances.
It has exercised a lot of people and the Government are going to
lose members because these members are going to vote against
the Government bill.
