Variants are so niche, you need to bring your own friends, I'm sorry to say!

Hi Russ, is there any way to stop the constant email notifications after every move?
Click settings
On the top, on the right, you will see 'my settings'
4th row down you will see the notifications you want / don't want.

As @Martin said, but if this is about Evo, then it is a similar process - under -> Daily. Send a support ticket from there, rather than post here.

That is because the site was broken for a long time, until recently. There are no forums, but a support ticket system, just like RHP.
If the Google gods decide to bump it up the search results, it will fill.
