I knew 10 was about to be released when internet searches for fritz 9 revealed prices of £17 (half-price). There is nothing more annoying than buying somthing then having the next version come out. I would suspect that CB10 would be knocking on the door too.

The min rec specs for Fritz 10 will mean PC's more than a few years old cannot run it successfully.

I was going to get Hiarcs10, but then I realized it had been out for a while, so I ordered Junior10. It seems that new programs are coming out every week!

I really want Rybka 2.1, but I wouldn't get a new free year of PC. Jerks. 😞

Well to run those 3d boards yeah. My computer is about 3 years old at 2.133 Ghz, 512MB RAM, 64MB GXF Card (The major weakness) and 80 gigs.

So, yeah, they are asking a bit, but I have F9 and really never use those 3d boards.

Wait a sec, Z00t where'd you get that info?? Here's what the link I have says....

Recommended: Pentium III 1.4 GHz or higher, 256 MB RAM, Windows Vista, GeForce5 or compatible graphics card with 64 MB RAM or higher, 100% DirectX compatible sound card, Windows Media Player 9, DVD ROM drive. Fritz is Windows Vista ready!

The 1.4 Ghz and Pentium III being the big thing.
