Yes, because comments like "there haven't been novelties" - which, trust me, he is aware of. "I think a draw is likely" and "so far no thrashing" are really giving away some killer opportunities...

Okay, get a grip people. This is a game between two guys who aggrivate each other....nothing more. I seriously doubt that either one will ever do anything monumental in this world....one is unemployed and the other spends half of his time posting and some of his time playing, yet he didn't have enough time in the beginning to play on short time limits. ...[text shortened]... y good (at least compared to me. What does all of this mean....don't know...you figure it out.
2.I only respect who I want to - regardless of age.

2nd, I agree with cms... I will respect who I want to, regardless of age. I respect everybody as a human, but nobody as a person until they earn it.
Originally posted by AmauroteThe point is you need a time control to keep the game flowing. If you give them both unlimited time then it's not really a sporting contest.
This is a very absorbing contest between two strong players, but I don't see the point of a time setting at all - I can't envisage a scenario where either RahimK or cmsMaster would time the other out, because unless stalling is obvious it would just make the victor look bad.

Regarding my old guy and respect statement....yet again, lighten up people. It was purely tongue in cheek. Respect should be earned, not bestowed.
