Thanks that was me.

Btw everyone, don't feed the 3(a) troll.

What ever happened to the concept of being innocent until proven guilty.

There is not one shread of evidence against Kramnik. Going to the bathroom is not evidence.

If Topalov does not want to play, that is fine. Kramnik wins by default.

Sour grapes if you ask me.

I agree with everything Tommy said. The fact that he didn't address the issue privately shows absolutely no class. It would be a completely different event if he completely to the organizers, etc.. and nothing was done, and then he came out with this attack. As of now though, I fully swing my support from Topalov to Kramnik, because Topalov is now a straight up punk. What a low class move.

Let them have investigation first and see what Kramnik will say.

Also I would like to hear how many chess players go more than 50 times to the bathroom within 7hours and many of those with 2-3 min.

What are you without the Truth?
- Self centered selfish person who cares for nothing but himself.

Is raising a legitimate question about something a ground for "changing support" from one to another? How fair of a judgment one can make based on bias to this one or that one?

Now the questions for everyone is which direction are going to swing to?

I am swinging my support on behalf of the Truth. Whatever it is.

The more I think of the Kramnik's 50 times need to go to the bathroom the more questions arise in my mind.

Does this guy go to bed to sleep?

Within 7hours = 420 min he goes 50 times. That is about every 8.4 min on the average in the bathroom, but you have to take the time he is spending in the bathroom two min. at least and we come to 6.4min he is out of the bathroom.

So on the average every 6.4 min he is going to the bathroom.

1. If he is sick, how he manages to sleep with that great urge to pee?

As far as I know his health problem was not kidney related.

The next thing I expect is a "Big Cover Up" from those interested in the Kramnik's winning.

Just questions and oppinions.

This is going to go in the Chess History as the
"WC Match" no matter what the investigation if any will conclude.
Where Kramnik lost despite cheating or won inspite of being blamed for cheating.

For some people sleep doesn't take away their health problems(fatigue). I don't know the situation, but saying it's possible this is the case.

I'm saying that he could be using the bathroom as a way of fighting fatigue that playing for the world championship would also make worse.
To fight fatique they have a nice "Room where they can rest". Everyone knows that bathrooms are not the best place to have a good rest. (I have seen homeless people sleeping in bathrooms, but never GM's taking a break there).

The other question for the "bathroom break"- is 2min-3min good enough time to rest, then go out, then come back again, go out and come again?

It doesn't hold water this theory IMO.

Are you a stooge planted by Topalov to spread diinformation to the chess public because an excuse is needed for poor play?

Nope.

May I ask you to give us some proof for my disinformation?

1. I am asking questions.
2. I give my analysis on the 50 times bathroom issue which every normal human being will agree is not normal.

So where is the disinformation?

Well at the same time Topalov has a right to complain as he is there to play chess with an opponent.
But his opponent has a right to get up, stretch his legs, get some peace and quiet, have a pee, splash water on his face, wash his hands, stretch his legs some more, go and take an aspirin, have another pee, wash his hands again, meditate, spash more water on his face, etc.

He goes to the bathroom. So what? Since when was that a crime? I do not believe that a player of Kramniks level could get any meaningful help from a computer in that time anyway and and don't believe he needs to.
