I personaly think that if the proper measures are taken and kramnik statrs loosing, he was cheating!!
2. Kramnik himself could be checked to ensure he is carrying no inappropriate devices.
3. It is unlikely that is the short time available that a small hand held computer could match Kramniks play so to risk all would be pointless.
Perhaps he has a bladder infection!
When I'm playing OTB I get nervous and visit the restroom an unreasonably large number of times (maybe 6 to 10 times over a 3 hour game). You have to take my word for this but I assure you I am not cheating whilst there.
There are a million and one explanations for this, and ways to fix it.
So why the big threat and mass media press release?
Because Topalov can't take responsibility for his match situation, so blames someone or something else, and wants to run away, under the smoke-screen of a cheating accusation.
I hope he runs away to the world of draughts, frankly.
Thread 18804 Someone needs to tell team Toppy that there's a ban on this sorta thing. There's always some Bozo doesn't get the word!

I am not accusing Kramnik of cheating, I am saying that if he statrs loosing my personal oppinion is he was. it is a conditional(IF).

At its best, its an immoral psychological tactic trying to destablise Kramnik. At its worst, its an excuse to walk away from impending defeat. But probably it's a bit of both, whilst Topalov sees how the next few games goes.

Originally posted by SupermanAh! Come on. Kramnik has a rating circa 2800 that he certainly did not get to by cheating.

If he starts losing its probably because he is having a bad day and if fed up of such accusations.
Originally posted by Superman'twas a joke, Super. It's hard to take this seriously when they don't have anything more than just an excessive number of potty breaks.

There is a good point in there though. We've got a ban on public cheating accusations for a reason. These things should be discussed behind closed doors, not tried in the court of public opinion prior to all the facts being determined. Team Toppy could learn from this....
Originally posted by SupermanI think, how the hell should I know? That's not the point I'm making. If they have a complaint, make it in private and only threaten to leave if its not dealt with properly. Thiat is the proper way to handle these things; stop the clocks and call the arbiter, by analogy.
So what do do you think about the bathrom visits?
Not howl out to the whole world like a little girl who got hurt and now wants to go home.
