this was my favorite game that i've played in a while even though i lost. this is when i started to try and attack better but i just couldn't come up with the win.

i'm sorry but i feel i played those games at least 150 pts above 1400. i could play at the 1400 level with my eyes closed. also i read ur 1400 thread and it didn't help me that much i already knew all of it.

At no point does white play f5 in this game.

Argg, I'll see what I can do. Most of the advice will be the same between getting to 1600 and getting to 1800.

Hmmm....

I peaked at 1660 so when rahim does something on 1700-1800 i'll really start reading.

as for why I'm posting, well seeing as I have passed 1600, and seeing as I have 0 games going on at the moment, perhaps I can be of some assistance to the 1400's reading this thread.

So....If anybody wants to issue an unrated challenge, I'll do my best to teach/give out pointers...

of course, If you completly outplay you can disregard my "advice" completly, and i'll see you in the 1600's....
