This didn't happen on RHP, so I can't easily give it here, but late last year I had my first smothered mate involving a queen sac (and a rook sac too). It could easily have been right out of a textbook: R sac to set it up, Q check, knight check, Q & N double check, Q check & sac, N check & mate, all replies forced. I was smiling inwardly for a week.
