Yes, I have analysed the Jackal Attack extensively. The latest research is to be found in e-book format at the site given by the previous commentator.
There are several highly interesting lines in the Jackal. The analysis has moved on a lot from my preliminary article in 'New In Chess' and the opening has been used successfully by strong players of up to
elo2500 - including three very recent wins [one last week; Rutter - Morgan May 2008 Shropshire- Cambridge ENG can be played through on the jackal website].
There is also a very interesting related gambit for Black in a variation of what I refer to as the 'Lebel Variation': This has been left open in the e-book so that readers can freely examine its merits.

In summary the above databases which contain OTB and CC games show that for KGD 2...d5 is the best and for KGA 3...g5 or 3...d5 are the best replies.
