When someone I have had no actual contact with, decides to break 20 days of not posting, just to make fun of me, I don't know what to make of it, however. That's why I made the trolling remark.

It is really the fault of anyone who pays for a service that hasn't delivered in a long time. Money talks, and if everyone who is unhappy with the situation asked for a refund, which under UK law would come under "unfit for purpose", things might get done. As I see it now, the loss of revenue from banning cheaters outweighs the loss from unhappy "human" members.
Cant blame Russ for being pragmatic, especially if the site is his livelihood.
