[i]The hungry Tiger leaps from hiding, spooking the beast, sending it fleeing toward the woods. It turns to avoid the woods as much as possible but the Tiger works hard to press it toward the trap. Finally, it sprints into the trap.

One hoof slips briefly, but the agile creature soon regains it's footing and bursts into the brush near the Banana King! It does not seem to be particularly impaired by the trap.

The white pawns are the forest. Black pawns are the river. The Bishop is a slipping-trap. Animals are all around, wandering back and forth, drinking water, squabbling, etc.

The black Rook is a large hoofed herd animal that has wandered into position. It has mighty horns, much muscle, but poor eyesight. There are other animals about as well, but they are not pictured. This one has wandered away from the herd.

Everyone is very hungry.

Let's see what the banana king can do. Maybe we can get it's horn stuck in a tree or something, keep it from escaping towards the plain where it looked to want to go.

While the banana meister is distracting it at the front, sneak in and, if there is an opportunity, disable it's back leg or something.

The beast's attention turns to Banana King and it head-butts him off into the bushes, bruising him badly, before it rushes out of the woods again. Iamatiger is able to claw up it's hindquarters somewhat but it isn't badly hurt. It's probably time to let this one go.

Upon examination, the trap doesn't seem to have been placed in a very slippery spot, which is likely the problem. Where else could you put it...?

When trap is in place next to river try to chase another thing towards it, suggest banana king hides in bush next to trap and crunches beast with stick when it slips.

Banana King sets his trap near the river edge and hides in a stand of reeds, holding his wooden shaman's spear. Iamatiger lurks in the woods, waiting for prey.

This creature is smaller, younger, than the last one, and is missing a leg. It has wandered away from the herd.

Everyone is very, very hungry. Banana King has bruised ribs.

Iamatiger leaps from hiding, startling the creature who sprints into the trap. One front hoof slips and then the beast rolls halfway into the water and begins to make a bleating sound of fear as it attempts to regain it's footing.

Disable or kill it quickly (without going in the water) and drag it out of the water in case something in the water snatches it.

With some struggle and a strained back paw, iamatiger is able to kill the animal and drag it out of the water.

Iamatiger is sore, fatigued and very hungry. He prepares to start feeding on the kill.

A peculiar man runs screaming from the forest being chased by a horde of angry runners. He appears to be carrying the head of a very familiar looking leaper. He notices a large striped cat and a man covered in banana skins and sprints towards them seeking sanctuary
