Which came first. The chicken of the egg

I think the egg cam first, maybe it's not a CHICKEN-egg, but an egg from a bird or a reptile or something.
If you mean, which came first, the egg or the chicken-egg, then you must indeed clarify 'chicken-egg'.
If you mean a egg containing a chicken, the egg was first, and then in the egg came a chicken. The egg was laid by another animal what was evolued to an animal which was nearly a chicken, and in the egg the animal was evolued to a chicken.
But if you mean that the egg must be laid by a chicken, the devinition says so: the chicken is first...

It doesn't say that a chicken was in the egg, so it could be a snake egg, or another type of egg, not a chicken egg....

Which came first. The chicken or the egg?

this is old and kinda stupid riddle. chicken first cause the egg has to be warmed by a chicken in order to hatch. if the egg was first we wouldnt have chickens here today.
