It is YOU putting out propaganda. UVC is what kills viruses and not much of that gets to the ground and besides that even if true, it can't kill virus loads inside say Walmart or a mall where no sunlight reaches anyway. So there would be little help one way or the other unless there was a lot of UVC lights inside buildings.

I just ordered online some UVC lights so we will see.

UVC may be stronger, but UVB kills as well.

According to the US Homeland Security investigation, covid 19 has a 2 minute half life when exposed to summer level solar light.

Typically it has an 18 hour half life.

If we go back into history...

  In 1890, the German microbiologist Robert Koch (who had isolated and described the tuberculosis bacterium in 1882), showed that sunlight killed TB bacteria.

Does sunlight kill TB bacteria?
