I, of course, disagree. Edits show that you've been thinking about what
you're writing and that you're not a stranger to the idea that you may
not be perfect, which shows an open and humble mind in the works. In
fact, the more edits the higher I regard the person in question.
I do like the preview though. For some reason I tend to pick up on my
spelling mistakes, or choice of wrong word, only as I read the text in
its final form. Don't know why that is.

See? Here's where edits are nothing to be ashamed of. Sure, had I given it
just two seconds more thought I'd have realised that it's fabian's post that
messes things up, but none the less, it's good to be able to edit as needed.
