Evolution has decided that the best way to give birth is the way we currently have. You're position is that evolution hasn't come up with the best way for giving birth, that drugs are NEEDED. Having a leg amputated has nothing to do with evolution, so I just extrapolated, given your comments, that you mustn't believe in the evolutionary process.
