Actually I shall emend that.

Every Muslim is a terrorist if they defend all the violent verse,s in the Quran.

However if all the violent verses from the Quran are deleted by the Muslims themselves, it would render the Quran acceptable for civilized human beings..

The doomed and futile attempt to do this would add extra significance and perhaps even sanctity to those verses (which are accounts of military operations against pagan armies centuries ago) in the minds of those who have twisted them to justify terrorism in this century.
