Apparently, I am an Anti-Christ

A Christian, citing "scripture", is insisting I am an "Anti-Christ".

What are the practical implications for the reality in which my family and I live?

What should I do now?

Apparently, I am also a "kafir" [which is a bad thing as well, I'm told] and the question is: what should I do about that, too?

But we can save that for another time and another thread.
TBQF I'd feel more comfortable if you were THE Antichrist; "an" Anti-Christ somehow sounds like a B-list Anti-Christ, which is to say rather second-rate.

The indefinite article "an" also seems to suggest a lack of commitment by whomever wears that sobriquet.

Meanwhile, maybe you could try forming a multinational media conglomerate and hiring a billion young internet influencers to promote whatever soul-destroying products or services your Satanic whimsy might suggest.

INT. LIBRARY -- JUST AFTER THE END OF TIME

A wan light filters in through the dust motes. SATAN sits at a long table, covered with ancient scrolls and manuscripts. With a distracted and pained expression he sighs and begins to close them, then gives up. CHRIST in the form of some random Jewish guy approaches with a stone teacup and sets it on the table next to SATAN.

SATAN
Nice of you, all things considered.

CHRIST
You are always my brother.

SATAN
The other day . . .

CHRIST
It's fine. Please don't worry about it.

SATAN
You're holding back.

CHRIST
Only because I'm trying to be considerate.

It's . . . It wouldn't have been right and might even have seemed proud for me to allow my supernal light to flood this space -- plus I know how much you appreciate dust and motes (as do I), so . . .

(Sorry for the comma after "table" -- that introduces an unintended ambiguity.)

It would not matter two hoots to me if you thought I was, frankly.

Any thoughts on the OP questions?
It matters not at all to me what you think of what I think of you. Why should it? Other than you being a snarky chump that thinks he's smart and that your squeak can be heard around the world, and that you imagine you have a contribution to make of any significance.

"What should I do now?"

Get off your high horse. And pray to God you're not "an antichrist".

Are you the attorney for the accused?

Why don't you mind your own business?

If you had ever read the Bible you know the answer.

Look up the appropriate verse or verses. If you think you can find them.

Good heavens! Are all the Christians in your area so judgmental?

Don't be fake. I call things what they are.

Pay attention. I replied to a post addressed to me. Mind yours.
