Honestly, I can't even begin to describe how good that Camden coffee is. It's like drinking velvet with the perfect aftertaste. Beautiful coffee. Nothing I have ever tried compares to it.
You should sell this advertising copy to Nescafe to use with their "Classic" instant 3-in-1 coffee readymix.
Originally posted by @ghost-of-a-dukeNope. Don't think Nescafe will go for this one unless you can work up some kind of Marmite, I Hate It, I Love It type riff. So, I'd just send them "It's like drinking velvet with the perfect aftertaste" if I were you.
Instant coffee sir is a crime against humanity!

What should my third question be. Um, sugar? Cream? I'm at a+ now, right?
Originally posted by @apathist1. Yes, grinding one's own beans is a must. (Keep the whole beans in the freezer).

2. Coffee comes when it comes. The filter I use is pretty quick.
3. No sugar, no cream. They merely obscure the desired richness of the bean.

Thank God (The Father) it’s totally different now.
Edit: or The Son, and not so sure about The Holy Spirit.

Originally posted by @ghost-of-a-dukeI have been doing this about 30 years now ie grinding fresh beans to brew coffee. I have sampled stuff from all over the world. Now I have pushed it a bit further. I live in a coffee producing country [not famous for coffee though], so I get some good quality raw beans, dry it and do my own roasting. Light to medium roast is best for good quality beans. Most of the coffee drunk by the world is cheap dark roasted stuff which has very little flavour.
