Now that science cannot explain all the food by way of - muddy puddles, lightning bolts, spontaneity, evolution - then God has been declared the ultimate reality and is the undeniable Absolute Truth - the cause of all causes - as the Vedic teaching have declared from the beginning of time.

Atheism is defeated.

To accept atheism from this point on would be the highest act of dishonesty and foolishness.

Atheism was defeated the day it came to life - but persons simply rejected their defeat.

They shall do it again because of dishonesty.

I gave you a thumb down for that.

We need science. It's a part of our everyday life.
I've read way more science books than I have religous ones.

Just take the good from it and move on, no need to declare it "defeated". Time will tell if it is in fact "defeated" . No need to gloat over it.

I know your playing politics with your comments.

Thats OK if you must.

But one day you will have to make a stand - and stick by it.

You cannot continually serve 1/2 a dozen masters.

No that was just me, Dasa. I am not playing politics here.
I've made a stand about 12 years ago and am sticking to it.

You gotta be kidding me.

how did I get into this thread wedged between you 2? ( Dasa: there is a difference between what you believe and what parts of your belief you should post, for example if I think some is a lying cheating fool, I will prollly just give them a miss or answer without resorting to name calling. This constant declaration of people always being "dishonest" is just a downright turnoff. It is so negative and absolute when you know that most people are a mix.)

The Vedic teachings are eternal and recognize the sanctity of all life and do not slaughter animals for the satisfaction of the uncontrolled mind and senses.

Your doctrine however does not respect life and kills and eats anything and everything. ( the animal killing religion)

You baseless comment is just that....baseless and is the product of a person following that false religion and who has no true knowledge.

You have some true knowledge, but your knowledge is mixed with many
false teachings from a book that is partly true and partly false. I have no
such doctrine that does not recognize the sanctity of life. God gives life
and has the authority to take it away. Your holy book has no authority,
except what you give it, over your life. Yahshua (Jesus) has been given all
authority on earth and in heaven. He is Lord. Whosoever believes on Him
and calls on His name shall be saved. You can not do any works good
enough to save you. You can only be saved by the grace of God. There
is no other name given among mankind that you must be saved.

Purifying the mind and senses by controlling them -is the work of the saintly person.

This work you must do - and embracing true knowledge must also be respected - or else you may end up just killing everything and anything in the name of religion.

Your teaching that we do not have to work towards behaving properly is false....

...and taught by a doctrine that does not know what to do and what not to do.

Romans 12;2 informs us we must transform our minds.

You transform your mind by rejecting false teachings and accepting true knowledge.

The Bible presents false knowledge and misdirects people away from true spiritual living.

It does this because it was compiled by animal killing pseudo religionists.

Jesus or God did not compile the Bible.

It was compiled by the animal slaughterers.

You misunderstand me. I do not mean that you should not strife to
do right and stop sinning against God. What I mean is that we have
already sinned and are guilty and deserve death as a punishment.
We can not take our sins back. There is no amount of good works
we can do to make up for the bad we have already done. It is only
through God's Son that we can receive grace and forgiveness for
those sins. He took our punishment for us and payed the penalty
for the sins we committed and if we love Him for what He has done
for us, we will do everything in our power not to keep sinning and
obey His commandments to us. Like, Do unto others as you would
have them do unto you and love your neighbor as yourself, as examples.
But none of these good works can make up for the sins we have
already committed. We can not save ourselves no matter how much
good we do. However, this does not mean we should not do good
works.

you were intellectually defeated before you hatched the plan to write that nonsense.

by your abject ignorance, you bring shame to the vedic teachings. and by setting such a poor example with base quality, you do more to harm your adopted religion than to help it.
