Many people change their views based on the prevailing cultural acceptability of the views. Gay marriage for example has become much more acceptable in recent years largely because enough people stood up and condemned those that were against it. The same happened with slavery and to some extent women's rights (still a work in progress).
Your own organization practices a number of forms of social pressure which amount to not just condemning certain practices but also taking further action to deliberately make it very uncomfortable for the person in question whose views you disapprove of. To claim that you are against condemning is blatant hypocrisy.
