I think that must be false. I assume you are using the extreme and, I think, absurd interpretation of quantum mechanics that says nothing exists until a conscious observer observes it? -if so, this begs the question who observed the first observer etc -nothing wrong with quantum physics -just this particular extreme interpretation of it.
