Serve the best first, while the taste buds are sharp, then cheaper stuff to keep the party going.)
The wine that Jews drank in those days, and most today, was Kosher. Kosher wine is not aged as long as wine from say France, Italy, California, and other parts of the wine produceing world. Kosher wine is just a little stronger than grape juice.
They served the good wine first, so that when everyone had gotten a good buzz on. Then they would not be able to tell the different. Some bartenders to the same thing. When you order form the top shelf. They keep pouring until they think, you dont know the difference. Then they begin pouring your drinks, from from lower shelves.
As I believe you well know.

Let me make sure I understand you correctly.

The wine mentioned in the Bible has alcohol, but its alcohol content was considerably lower than most wine we drink today. The lower alcohol content is a product of being aged a shorter period of time.

Have I represented your point accurately?

I believe and hope that I am correct. Could it also be that the wine , made by CHRIST/GOD. Is better than what man could ever hope to make?

So then on the fourth line you admit hating people right?

I know you make fun of my spelling but you are also making fun of the creator that made me, that is truly who you are after not me, so I will back off and not get anger about it.

And Jesus said in the word of God that if you have hate in your heart it is like murdering some one.

The evidence in the Bible is clear: the wine Jesus made at the wedding feast was superior. I imagine this superiority refers to the balance and harmony of the flavors that lead to wine's complexity.

Aging wine affects this harmony and balance. Wines can be aged too long or not long enough for their optimal flavor, and every wine is different as to its optimal age. Some wines, I hear, continue to get better for decades. Others are best straight out of the barrel.

Aging does not affect the alcohol content, but it affects the relationship between the alcohol and the other flavors. The quantity of sugars, and the character of the yeast used during fermentation affects the alcohol content. Today's wines are typically 10-13% alcohol because the yeasts have been cultivated to produce that level. The fermentation process can be manipulated to produce higher levels of alcohol, up to ~18%.

It may be that wines were higher or lower in alcohol content in the days of Jesus. I haven't seen credible information that convinces me one way or the other. I do know that RBHILL is wrong. blindfaith101 might not be wrong about the alcohol content, but he is wrong about the cause (aging).

I would figure that lying about the contents of the Bible (like that the wine didn't
have alcohol) was also a violation of the commandments.

I guess you ain't got Jesus either!

So everone on Earth has fallen short on the 10 Commandedments. I am man enough to say that I have broken them all, and that is why Jesus died on the Cross to save me from hell fire and bremstone.

Praise the Lord for his gift of Salvation.

i know about sins of the heart.doing something in your mind is the same as doing it in physical reality,it is just a different plane of reality.we agreed wow lol

i must interject some of my thoughts about the miricle of the wedding feast . it was wine with alchohol.the jews drink and dance .wine with alcholhol is ok to drink,it is a sin to be overly indulent and drunk,so often the ancients watered down their wine.this also helped to disinfect the drinking water.i am not saying the miricle wine was watered down.i didnt try it personally,to add to the confusion alot of old texts that referred to grape juice as wine.so on goes the debate.

And you have murdered the Bible by repeatedly lying about its
contents even after being repeatedly reprimanded.

It is this utter lack of contrition that convinces me that you ain't
got Jesus. Some who's got Jesus strives for correctness in God's
Word. You don't.

You're the one who says that your mother will burn in hell for all eternity because
she is a filthy Catholic.

And I'm sorry you consider my correcting your gross errors about the Bible's content
'rude.' A person who was close to Christ would accept rebuke on God's Word with
gratitude, not rudeness.
