I disagree with galveston75's and your negative version of the state of the world and the human condition. It has been discussed many a time in detail. You seem to want to dismiss my disagreement as some kind of "attacking his personality" thing. Others might interpret this as you trying to play me rather than play the ball in this discussion.

You must have misunderstood my question. Either that or you sidestepped it on purpose. I am not asking you about your personal pessimistic end-is-nigh perspective on the world. I am asking about those who, unlike you, think that there is plenty of evidence that the human condition is improving and that the world is a better place - when all is weighed up - than it was in the past. Do you urge such optimistic and positive people to thank Jehovah for the progress that has been made?

galveston75 is one of the most pessimistic and negative posters I have encountered on RHP. He has expressed the WISH that Jesus come down and wipe everybody and everything away. When I have presented evidence of human progress to him in the past he has very often started deflecting and dodging or telling me to look at a YouTube video. etc.
this does nothing to address that actual matter at hand FMF and is simply an attack on his personality.
