You aren’t thinking clearly (on several levels.)

One, I’m not Becker.

Two, my point that you raised is that self-professed “atheists” really either hate God (hence their constant need to mock and ridicule Him and His followers) or are really unsure if God exists and are searching for the truth by challenging believers or reinforcing their skepticis ...[text shortened]... eist” really isn’t an atheist at all - he’s either a believer who hates God or he’s an agnostic.
Again, you have just demonstrated your failure to understand the atheists you have interacted with, and the difficulty you have personally accepting that an atheist simply doesn't believe in 'the thing' that you do. God you see is so important to 'you' that you succumb to the compulsion to dismiss this disbelief as either hatred or fear. You are mentally unable to process the notion that an atheist just doesn't belief God exists.

As an atheist I neither hate or fear the thing I don't believe in. To do otherwise would just be silly.

Anyway Becks, you remain on my ignore list so no more responses from me, whatever account you post from.

7:46 a.m. right now. “Past my bedtime” is an expression.

Let me know if you want to debate the topic of this thread again. I can understand why you may prefer not to ????

Then why spend so much time debating the subject? That’s the core question no “atheist” will ever answer.

Feel free to go back and read stuff I wrote on the 10 or so pages with you, along with on the first 35 pages. I am not sure how many more pages of my attention you feel entitled to.

I’d just be happy if you answered questions instead of falsely claiming you previously did and falsely claiming I’m someone else. I guess when you can’t answer questions, those are the crutches you fall back on.

I enjoy discussing theology. I enjoyed it at A level and enjoyed it while doing my Degree. People are passionate when they debate religion (and politics). Religion is about people, culture and history. It's a truly fascinating subject.

The above of course means you can never again state, "That’s the core question no “atheist” will ever answer." (Though being Becker, you will do so naturally in a month or two).

This is dj2becker's punchline.

<Religion is about people, culture and history. It's a truly fascinating subject.>

Religion is actually about God.

It’s so sad you guys continue to insist I’m this Becker guy. You seem to think if you repeat your lie often enough it’ll become true. And it’s a fine way to avoid the topic of this thread, and I certainly understand why you want to do that.

I have not avoided the topic of this thread. I have been contributing for nearly 50 pages.

Not recently you haven’t. You’ve been claiming you answered questions you didn’t and you’ve been claiming I’m somebody named Becker. Kind of sad, but your pride won’t let you admit you don’t have all the answers.

I've expressed myself OK I think and added to my contribtion to the topic where necessary these last dozen or so pages. In so far as you do not share my perspectives, we'll just have to agree to disagree, I suppose.

Since you weren’t interested in answering questions, I have no idea if we agree or not. But I suspect we probably don’t on areas under this subject.

God doesn't exist.

Religion is all about 'people' and their attempts to give meaning to existence. ( By inventing gods).
