I think murderers should be allowed to marry. I mean they're still human beings after all.

I have no clue though why atheists are allowed to marry.

I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you are a little kid. That is to say, I'm gonna guess that you aren't married yet. When you become mature enough to marry, you'll realize that marriage is often about putting your partner's needs and desires ahead of your own. If an atheist were to marry a xian (and it happens a lot) and if the xian really wanted to marry in a church, then it's understandable that the atheist would do it for his/her partner. After all from the atheist's viewpoint, being "in the sight of God" is make-believe. What does it hurt to suffer a little trivial nonsense to make the person you love happy?

i don't see where you are heading here. are you looking at if you allow gay marriages, then what will follow on?
I have no problem with gays marrying, or even murderers for that matter.

I DO have a problem with atheists marrying; so does my wife.

Nope. I'm referring to the OP. Murderers and atheists are allowed to marry. Murderers should be allowed to marry. Atheists should not.

Man, you've gotta keep an eye out for people pulling your leg around here. Nord, the faith whale, is always playing games like that.

Go figure.
You poor sorry sack! Not only do you receive no rest at home (what with her constant praying for you and what not) but you can't even log on to a freaking chess site without hearing about this God that wants to bless you!

My heartfelt condolences, amannion. 😉
