How can you say that? For a child?

Atheists love comments like you just made.
To be honest, it makes me queasy.

False dilemma.

4. No one can fully understand God's ultimate plan, no one can assume that a child dying of cancer does not have some sort of greater purpose.
5. Cancer is the result of sin which is a result of free will.

Just to name a few.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

P.S But I will allow them to randomly get cancer and do nothing to stop it. Why? Because i'm God and don't behave the way I tell you to behave. And er, maybe that child dying of cancer has a greater purpose.......Not sure what though. get back to you on that.

Becker. "That's cool with me."

Of course # 5 is the correct answer.

The child in his own will chose to have cancer and die. Why? Because he has done some sin that is mortal. Yes, indeed, the child is in its own free will dying in cancer.

And therefore children without sin, and without free will, will live and prosper and getting strong and make it into adulthood. Every adult is ...[text shortened]... will, and the proof of this is of course that there are adults.

This is by the logic of #5 !
What hope does an atheist have for a child that dies of cancer?

As an atheist, what hope do you have for a child that dies of cancer? Also what explanation do you have for the existence of evil and suffering?

This is the irony of belief in God.

Does pain and suffering lessen the possibility of God?

The Bible is the problem. The Bible tries to explain God's character.

Truth: man does NOT know God.

How do you know that man doesn't know God?

The fact the you don't know God doesn't mean that no one does.

Nobody knows God.

The Bible is man made.

We don't know our Creator.

Science. Not prayers.

There's chemo, there's radio, there's surgery, just to mention some.
Prayers are not included because that doesn't help, not at all.

Once the child is dead. What hope does an atheist have for a dead child? None whatsoever.
