Just what kind of books do you look at? What makes one attack differnet from another? Is it the ideology behind such attacks? Is it the ideology of those doing the attacking? Is it the number of "innocent" people harmed? Is it a body count?
That's why it will be a cold day in whatever underworld you care to believe in before George Bush goes up for trial in The Hague. Same goes for Israel killing thousands of civilians.

badwater oh illustrious and great one, you wanna be my teacher again, because now i is a subscriber you can send zillions of problems every day if you like. i know we have had our differences in the past but that's no reason to not let me become the chess legend i am destined to be! if your game load is too much or your under pressure with other students, or whatever, then no problemo, i fully understand, but if you have a space, the prodigal son returns, and what is more i will mention you in my memoirs when they ask who had the biggest influence in your chess career!
ok back to the topic, thanks guys - regards Robbie.

Really, Robbie, I think our differences are very minor. I might take exception to some of your religious ideas but that's only where I personally am concerned; I'm not looking to change you or anyone else.
That said, and despite your inaccuracies about my chess abilities, your request is granted. 😛
Originally posted by Badwateroh great and illustrious one, you will not regret this, you will be fabled among the chess minions as a great and wise teacher, i will not let you down! be prepared for press briefings and interviews and history making, paulbuchmanfromfics will be given into my hand at last, then only the noble black beetle will remain an obstacle, but his reliance on that ancient philosophy will do him no good, he will also be given into our hand! i will tell petrovich the good news, send as many problems as you like, as soon as you can - regards robbie.😀

Having said that, it now appears that Bush is on the losing side so perhaps he will get the short end of the stick. However, knowing how untouchable these politicians are and have been I think this whole bit about war crimes is just another way to smear his name like was done with Clinton and the impeachment. You see, these guys are to well connected for anything bad to ever happen to them. Even though they may belong to different parties they shake hands behind the scenes. You may say that Nixon was the exception but did anything bad happen to him other than having to resign? You see, it is one of the issues I have with government which is NO ACCOUNTABILITY and all the power in the world!!

-Removed-I fail to see where you problem lies. What has he not answered? What is your point?
I personally find that most of the atheists on this site do not display any form of hate (there are a few exceptions), I am not sure what you want solutions too, but again I see no specific lack of solutions coming from atheists, and when it comes to human empathy I would like you to present just one shred of evidence for such a claim.
Originally posted by twhiteheadI've never heard of a Dr Chiluba, but if he's responsible for the acts you mentioned, of course I wouldn't vote for him.
In Africa we have leaders claiming to be Christian but their actions are far from admirable. I wonder why you would willingly elect someone like Dr. Chiluba former president of Zambia and extremely corrupt and responsible for thousands of deaths due to poverty and AIDS than say an atheist or Muslim leader who had the good of the country in mind.
