Of course, god has no problem with murderers. No surprise here.

Oh.. so he's inconsistent. Some murderers get off, some get punished... sounds pretty arbitrary.

No, I believe or at least hope with everything in me that all of us at this Chess
site have indeed acted morally better than Jeffrey Dahmer did when he was
doing all ...[text shortened]... and, and that
type of foundation can justify anything given enough desire too.

The issue I think many here have with Dalmer is we are juding ourselves by
ourselves pitting one of us above another, but if all have sinned and all of us are
falling short, than the best among us is in as much trouble as the worse. I suppse
on judgment day when your standing there y ...[text shortened]... u heard it, you
just rejected it over and over again, and that is completely up to you.

Dahmer will get eternal life.

I will not.

Dahmer lured people to his apartment then cut them up into pieces and ate them.

I chose not to be a Christian.

If there is an eternal, all powerful, all knowing being. He simply cannot be that stupid.
It's the craziest of all the religions. The West thiks of itself as a superior culture, but as long as Christianity is the root religion they remain in the stone age. You can see why groups like the KKK identify with Christianity. Be like us or Burn in Hell is the motto.

I'm sure it was bad news. A petty angry God is a wacked out God, and anyone should know that. Common sense should be enough to see the error here. Don't paint a pretty picture at times about the nature of your God and then point out that He is a monster waiting to erupt so you better get Saved before it's to late. It's like having a cruel, mean Dad around the house, and you are scared out of your mind that he is going to blow up over the next sin.

better than Dahmer!

First of all, I never suggested that I need to simply say I am better than Dahmer.

Second, so jesus was supposedly perfect and we can't every reach his stature? However that is what we have to equal to this trend, but the trend appears to be there from the christians I have met.
"Which is exactly what makes it make so little sense. In your religion I deserve hell where Dahmer deserves paradise."

Again, you are still comparing yourself to Dahmer, it does not matter how good
or bad you are among people if all people have fallen short. Being the best of
a bad selection only means that, it does not make one good. What makes us good
before God, is God giving us His righteousness, because none of us are good
enough on our own. If any of us wants to proclaim they are good enough, than
that will be shown for what it is in the end.

Well if dahmer could have gotten out of prison and did what Jesus said to do in chapter 28 then he could have done good for his fellow man to. But truly no one can do good unless they glorify God through his son.
So hey let's let Charley out too!! 🙂

Dahmer was screamingly insane. Any decision he might of made has to be filtered through an insane mind.

I watched an interview with him, he seemed quite rational, although admittedly his reasons for killing and eating people were not what one could describe as 'normal'. It seems that serial killers, like him, like Dennis Rader for example, have a compelling force which they simply cannot control, Radar even stated that he felt like a monster, that he demonic. I have thought about it and i have kind of come to the conclusion that their conscience simply does not function. Its not like they repress it or anything, or they dont know what they are doing is wrong, it simply does not function as a mechanism to prevent their actions. This coupled with a fantasising, in which the fantasy is so lucid that it becomes a reality leads them to commit horrific acts.
