Why would God want to send people to hell in great swaths?

Mainstream Christianity (the masses) will not find salvation. Only a few. I suspect this is your proof that the JWs (who in your opinion have all the correct doctrines) are the ony ones that will get salvation.

Anyway .. is there a part of that passage with the expression 'narrow gate' ?
This is the passage in the KJV :

Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Where is does it refer to narrow gate ? If you dont have the ability to post a reasonable question how can you expect answers ?

Try posting the question, the reference in the Bible and the actual words in the version you are using.

Isn't "strait" the same as "narrow"?

JWs believe only they will get salvation. Its not something they will readily admit to.

Yes, but im refering to the way you ask questions that are derived from Biblical texts. Its better to quote the passage precisely.

If you have read scripture God doesn't want to send people to hell. He is not willing that any should parish. People make a choice of their eternity.

Why does he ask so many trick questions then?

The fact that they were the last humans on earth that were living up to God's standerds.
They way the scripture is refering to the fact that the ones that will have God's protection in the future will also be a small number in relation to those who don't.
