I did transcendental meditation a bit in 2013-2014 and I had previously done some in 2005; I now only do Christianity based meditation, but it i snot entirely different.

I think you should be a bit careful about what you do and how you do it because it can actually lead to issues -- and I wouldn't advise using weed for this. That was never the intention in any mainstream meditation traditions, and I think for good reason.
