theres always an 'if'. satan must have an idea what he would do if he was in charge, id like to hear what his plans are. unless he believes he has zero chance, if he believes that then why would he bother.

Yes/no is referring to that comment. He is not at the moment, but will be in the end. Satan still, as in presently, has rule/control of this world. The bible says so.

Yes, it sounds like it is out of a comic book. This I can understand, especially to someone who has not delved into the whole of biblical research.
What I have shared is some thing to be looked into and studied with an open mind and letting the bible speak for itself. It also requires prayer and asking Jesus to open these truths to us.
