It seems certain people can violate the ToS incessantly ... and when people adress these violations these people are being accused of harrassing the culprit.
Person A: "Catch that thief" ...... His friends: "Stop harrassing that man ..... haven't you ever stolen something, you hypocrite"
Person B: "Stop abusing people" ..... His friends: "Stop harrassing that man .... haven't you ever abused somebody, you hypocrite"
If this is liberal justice, you can keep it.

Where does it mention that the harrassing has to be insulting or vulgar?
Are you hypocritical enough to accuse people of breaking the parts of the TOS that YOU find offensive, but its ok for you to break certain parts of the TOS?

It’s all a big popularity contest. I am not talking about No1 (who I actually quit like today).
A popular poster on these forums could say as an example: You sir are an idiot and should be beaten for even thinking that way!
After that is said it is usually followed by the buddies in support of that view and may also take liberties to add there own. One big happy family.
Now a new or unpopular poster on these forums could say as an example to the popular poster: You sir are an idiot and should be beaten for even thinking that way!
This is usually followed by the popular poster berating the unpopular fellow; which is usually followed by much berating by PP's buddies or buddetts.

he doesn't want to use it in a good way. he claims that he will have a civil discussion with anyone as long as they keep it that way, but many a times i have seen him deal the first blow by calling someone a "moron" or an "idiot". so this premise of him being a civilized debater is false. it is only through his friends here that he still manages to pull off this facade.
