I bet he wont answer that satisfactorily. Here is what is think -

GB is one of those who do not believe that an individual can read and follow the direct teachings of Christ and the Apostles. He firmly believes that Christ sent teachers to teach and to preach. Our duty as followers is to listen to those teachers and not directly to Christ and the Apostles. In his mind teachers are the authority on scripture. .. .. Even to the point where these teachers teach doctrines which are in direct opposition to what Christ clearly said.

So to reject what GB quoted [from his teachers] is to reject his teachers and indirectly to reject Christ.

Then God's plan provides for a lifetime of growing in grace and acquiring the Mind of Christ to spiritual maturity under the teaching ministry of your pastor... beginning with milk and then gradually advancing to meat. An understanding of God's Attributes of Justice and Righteousness is required to understand the Lake of Fire."

Nothing has changed one micro iota since page forty two. At the moment of belief in Christ our spiritual birth occurs. We're ignorant infants in need of the milk of God's Word to grow. If we refuse it and continue to refuse it, guess what happens?

We remain ignorant of the promises, doctrinal rationales, applications as well as God's plan and purpose for our lives. Having rejected God's authority and failed to grow in grace, we accept only the authority of our own intellects and emotions. God's Immutability [unable to deny His integrity] and Justice [He's fair] will still keep His word: there will be infant Christians in heaven sans reward.

Why is one of the spiritual gifts given to some believers at the moment of salvation the gift of pastor-teacher?
Sheep are incapable of finding food on their own. Period.

If you're a believer in Christ, of course not. Nowhere in the Word of God is that possibility revealed.
