If so, congratulations, you are saved.
Show me the scripture where it says I need to do that.

Since virtually all knowledgable atheists are "weak" atheists, the term is superfluous. So called "strong" atheists are largely strawmen created by the theists in a vain attempt to shift themselves out from under the burden of proof. The term "atheist" should be taken to be synonymous with "weak atheism".
Hey, Rwingett, since you are here, let me ask you:

Do you and I agree on matters of atheism and spirituality?

Please, be candid, for Darfius's sake. He thinks that I rarely disagree
with the positions held by atheists.

I think we have disagreed on more things than we have agreed on. But I generally respect your opinion anyway, unlike Darfius who I neither agree with nor respect.

Blows your little theory a bit, don't it?

But I generally respect your opinion anyway

And I yours.

Well, I think the Rockets are a great basketball team, but I could be mistaken.

Why do you disagree with Bible believing Christians more than atheists or agnostics, Nemesio?

Before I answer, I want you to point out where in my post to RBHILL
I suggested he was a moron. Furthermore, I want you to rephrase
the information I gave in a way that would, in your mind, seem less
insulting.

This question is invalid, because I disagree with both on many
similar and many more disparate issues. I cannot answer this
question in good faith because the terms of the question do not
represent my position accurately.

If your question is, 'Why does it seem that you pick on me and other
'Bible-believing Christians' (where 'Bible-believing' means 'takes the
Bible to be "literal" and "inerrant," claims never made by the Bible)?,'
then I can only give you this answer:

Because I feel that your positions inaccurately reflect the nature and
beauty of Christianity, not unlike terrorists inaccurately reflect the
nature and beauty of Islam.

This is an awfully broad question. As a Christian I find that there are plenty of times I disagree with "bible-believing Christians." And there are times when I might find a common bond or friendship with an atheists or agnostics. So what? If you want some examples I can give you some, none of which my salvation or the person I disagree with rest their salvation.

And I have re-read Nemesio's post several times and I'm really not seeing anything that you're reading into it.

The image clearly reflects the circular reasoning that passes for religious debate, now safely cordoned off here so others may discuss the immorality of US activities in Iraq without xtians pushing them aside.

At the same time it is a halo--one of many ancient pagan symbols stolen by Christianity.

The Lord of the Rings brought the complexities of such emblems into the consciousness of many, some of whom are otherwise culturally illiterate, so that comparison is also justified.

How can you call yourself a Christian when you do not adhere to the rules inherent therein?

The fact that you called Islam beautiful testifies to your ineligibility as a Christian. No false god is beautiful to a Christian.
