You really need to learn to think more.

RC is probably referring to...

Leviticus 19:28 English Standard Version (ESV)

28 You shall not make any cuts on your body for the dead or tattoo yourselves: I am the Lord.

Edit: I guess you can argue law if you wished.
I guess your right because we are under grace with the Spirit of God living in us that are redeemed.

Thanks, Y.

I guess what we have here is evidence of Robbie's hypocritical self in action.

And also wearing clothes of two different cloths...

And I'm pretty sure that the JW's who came to my shop were wearing clothes
of at least two different materials...

Apparently that one doesn't matter any more.
"Pay no attention to the hypocrite behind the curtain."

Does Leviticus apply to Christians?

If we are evolving and getting better at things then why do people ask dumb questions?

For the same reason that you get your teeth capped,
get haircuts and shave. Body modification to make
yourself more beautiful. (Because god cocked up!)
Erm. I got my teeth capped for health reasons and I get haircuts and shave out of convenienve. That they also make me look more regular is a side effect.

I think people get them because they are irreversible.

People want to make decisions that reflect themselves and "brand" that conviction on their bodies
Unfortunately they often find themselves gaining different convictions as they mature - or a different kind of conviction if they don't!
