The "Big Bang" did not happen. That is just a stupid theory and you have to be a real moron to believe that one. Even Dasa knows better.
The BB just fits most of the data we see so it is the leading theory. Alternate theories have a ways to go before they answer as many questions as the BB does so if you want to believe god did it, nobody can dispute it fully yet. Give us time, maybe in a hundred years we might have a better answer and can tick off even more Paulists than with just evolution....
The one thing we CAN say with scientific certainty is the Earth and the solar system is billions of years old and the universe at large more like 14 billion years old, using basic science proven over the last 200 years.
Of course that is one of our big disagreements but as time goes on, there will be less and less of you backwards individuals blinded by your faith, unable to wake up and smell the coffee.
