That God tortures people for eternity with the worst pain imaginable, commits genocide, deliberately made giving birth painful to women and made them subject men, created people for wrath (meaning they were doomed to hell before they were even born) etc., etc.....none of this disproves the existence of God.
It does, however, disprove the Bible's claims about God; e.g ...[text shortened]... es make a case for not believing any of the Bible's claims about god, including that he even exists.
God's plan is like an exquisitely detailed tapestry, but we, as humans, are now only getting a view of the back side of it. With its ragged threads and blurred colors, it doesn't look like much. But if we could see it as God sees it, with all of its intricate detail and rich color, the tapestry of God's plan could be beheld as beautiful indeed. And we'll get that chance once we abide with our Heavenly Father in His Kingdom. In the meantime, continuing in our love, trust and faith in our Lord is the best we can do towards getting to see it.
